Here is a third older card to share, one I made on November 3, 2011. Just a few short notes on this one. :) I colored in the background on the card using colored pencils. I've never once claimed to be an artist, so I just doodled it out and thought it'd add a nice touch to know that part was done by hand, too. :) I stamped the flowers in the grass with different colors. I also stamped the sentiment and did a stamped frame around it, then I cut it down to make it into a corner piece, rather than a large square, and put it on the card to get an idea of size and alignment. I stamped, colored and cut out the trio of trees. I also added color to the edge of the frame, but with a different method. For that, I used a Q-tip and dabbed some ink from one of my ink pads on it, then lightly brushed it along the edges of the frame to give it that effect.
In the end, I did 3D effects for each of the three trees, as well as the framed sentiment. Now here are the photos of that whole process, and the final result. :) This was also a flat card, since I didn't have folded cards to work with at the time.
